Less restrictions, a client can fully create a theme from scratch, a client may use any mix of suppliers to create their event, and its difficult to get a bouncy castle into a hall. Is there a registry office on site? No, you will need to confirm with your minister if you are able to get married upon the Zinnia Gardens grounds. What time does the venue close? 11.30pm - midnight. Is there a refundable deposit required to be placed? Yes, returned within 14days after the event. What are the WC arrangements? We recommend that you use mobile WC's - these are included in the prices indicated above. Why would we use an Event Organiser? They have experience in such matters, which will save you time and money in the long-run aswell as pressure. Is there wheelchair access to the marquee? Yes. How many days are we allowed to have our marquee up? One payment covers 2 days - one day setup and one day the event, additional days the marquee is on site is charged. Do we need a marquee up for a childrens party? No, the grounds may be used as you desire, land charges will be less for a non marquee event.
