Our closest station from London is Sutton British Rail. It takes 20 minutes with a fast train from London Victoria to Sutton, Surrey Station. A bus from Sutton brings you to Banstead Village.

By Car
Zinnia Gardens is Located on Croydon Lane (A2022), just 10 minutes from junction 8 off the M25, follow the A217 to the junction of the A2022 and follow the road straight passed two roundabouts until you reach Zinnia Gardens.


By Air
For those flying in from Heathrow this takes 40 minutes.
or Gatwick which only takes 25 minutes.
