Hire Process


PRE-BOOKING STAGE

1. Confirm if your desired date is available at Zinnia Gardens
(and if relevant the Church or registry office for the same day?)
2. Have you understood the fee structure at Zinnia Gardens, does it fit within your budget?
(See section 'pricing')
3. Have you visited Zinnia Gardens yet? (If not, please book a site visit)

BOOKING STAGE
1. Zinnia Gardens staff will assist you in supplying the information you require to make your initial booking decision - You will be advised upon the styles, themes, setup details, day walk-through and further information will be offered for your consideration.
2. A deposit is taken at this stage to book your event day.
3. A booking receipt will be issued listing the event details, this confirms that no other event will be booked on your desired event day.

SUPPLIERS STAGE
1. Zinnia Gardens will book and arrange the supply of your themed marquee for your event day
2. Zinnia Gardens will receommend further suppliers which the client may or may not decide to use: namely: a. Caterers / b. Drink Suppliers / c. DJ / d. Event Organisers / e. Horse & Carriages / f. etc..
These items are not provided within the pricing package of Zinnia Gardens, Zinnia Gardens will recommend reliable suppliers from its preferred suppliers list but does not insist they be used.

FINAL STAGE
1. Confirmation of the final inclusions are made by Zinnia Gardens and its client(s)
2. Final Fee is paid to complete the Booking.
